What is drirelease® fabric?
drirelease® is a premium performance fabric engineered to keep you cool, dry and comfortable - on course and off. It wicks moisture, dries fast, and feels soft without clinging or trapping heat.
We use it in our Performance Polos to help you move better, feel better, and play your best. You can read more about the performance technology here
You've run out of my size or preferred colour, will you be restocking?
It depends on the product. Our core essentials - like our best-selling golf polos and outerwear - are restocked regularly. But each season, we also drop limited-edition styles and seasonal colours that won’t always come back. If something’s caught your eye, we recommend moving quickly (or joining the waitlist when available). For specific information about restocking, please contact us.
How do you recommend washing the garments?
To keep your Gray & Haast gear performing its best, we recommend cold machine washing on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying - especially on our performance polos and outerwear, which are made with advanced technical fabrics. For specific care instructions, always check the label or product page.
What currency is used online?
All prices are displayed - and charged - in your local currency. Our store automatically adjusts based on where you’re shopping from, so there’s no need to convert.

Where do you ship your products from?
All orders are shipped from our HQ in Burleigh Heads, Australia - where Gray + Haast is proudly based. We pack and dispatch orders the next business day.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t seen it come through, check your spam or junk folder - sometimes it ends up there.
To ensure you receive tracking updates, please make sure you provide a valid email address at checkout (not just a phone number). Still can’t find it? Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship all orders the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on Monday, as our team takes a break on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (we’ll be at the clubhouse).

Will I have to pay for customs & duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or local charges once your parcel arrives in its destination country. These costs vary by region and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes - we want you to be 100% happy with your gear. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges for sizing issues or if you're not satisfied with the product.
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) within 30 days of delivery.

Do you offer group or corporate orders?
Absolutely - Gray & Haast specialises in custom team and corporate polo kits. Whether you’re outfitting a golf day, tournament team or event group, we deliver premium custom-branded apparel with minimums that suit 4+ players.

Can we add our logo or branding to the polos?
Yes - we offer logo embroidery or screen printing on our premium polos, outerwear, and hats. You’ll get a stitch out for your approval before we go ahead, and we make sure the finish is sharp and professional.

I want a fully custom polo - what’s the minimum order size?
For fully custom polos - including bespoke designs, colours, and logos - we require a minimum order of 50 units. Custom manufacturing at this scale allows us to deliver the quality, fit, and finish we’re known for.
If you're after something smaller, our group kits with logo embroidery start from just 4 players.
Do you offer discounts for group orders?
Yes - we offer tailored pricing for group orders, depending on your order size and customisation needs. Whether it’s for a golf day, corporate event or club team, we’ll work with you to create a package that fits.

How long does a custom or group order take?
Production timelines depend on your order type. For embroidered logo kits, we typically turn orders around in 2–3 weeks.
Fully custom designs (with unique colours or builds) take longer - usually closer to 8 weeks. Let us know your timeline, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
