How do I make sure I order the right size for me?

Keep in mind the shirts are made to be a relaxed fit.
You've run out of my size or preferred colour, will you be restocking?
Some of our collections are based around our essentials colour range which don’t follow seasons & trends, there’s always a good time to wear them. These are restocked throughout the year. However, each season we release exclusive colour ways which are produced in limited quantities and will not always be restocked. For specific information about restocking, please contact us.
How do you recommend washing the garments?
Please refer to the specific care instructions on each garment or in the product description for details.
What currency is used online?
All prices are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our shipping cos.ts and delivery estimates here.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the tracking code that you should have received with the order confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation email check your spam folder as it may have been caught in your filter.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday as we are closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (we'll be at the Clubhouse). You will then be provided with a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery

Will I have to pay for customs & duties on international orders?
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary from country to country. When you make a purchase from Gray + Haast, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or if you are unhappy with your product. Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed original condition with tags attached.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, and our friendly customer service will go through the exchange process with you. Note you can only return within 30 days of receipt.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer returns on full priced products within 30 days of receipt. If you are not happy with your purchase contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will arrange your return.
