Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Full-priced items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please submit a request through our Return Portal.

Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit - refunds aren’t available on sale purchases.

Shopping for Christmas? Orders placed in November or December qualify for extended returns until January 15.

Checkout+ Redo Free Returns

• By selecting Checkout+ Redo Free Returns, your return shipping label is covered (please note redo returns is only available for Australian & USA customers).
• If you choose not to purchase Checkout+ Redo Free Returns, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The label can still be generated through the returns platform.

Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed original condition with tags attached.
