These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state/territory, or you have parental/guardian consent.
Our products are for personal use only and must not be resold without permission.
You must not use our site for unlawful purposes or transmit harmful code.
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible; however, colours and sizing may vary slightly between batches and screens. Minor variations do not constitute faults under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Availability of products may be limited and we reserve the right to discontinue items at any time.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it once we confirm dispatch via email.
We may cancel or refuse any order if: stock is unavailable, there is a pricing/description error, we suspect fraud, or the order breaches these Terms.
If cancelled, we’ll promptly refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).

Payment is required in full at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, customs).

Faulty goods: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Change of mind: We accept returns within 30 days if items are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, or redo returns was purchased at checkout
Gift with Purchase: Free gifts received with an order must be returned if the main items are returned for a refund. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Promotions, bundles, and discount codes are subject to their stated terms. They cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to gift cards, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
If items bought with a promotion are returned, the refund will reflect the adjusted promotional value.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).
Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates only and may change.
If there is a significant delay, you may keep the order, swap for an in-stock product, or request a refund.
By tagging @grayandhaast or submitting content (reviews, images, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, with reasonable attribution.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacement, repair, supply of equivalent goods, or reimbursement of the cost of doing so.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, carrier issues, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
